In regard to their degree of abandonments:\n1. {shes rab kyis rnam par grol ba/} onе who is liberated by means of the wisdom path\n2. {gnyis ka'i cha las rnam par grol ba/} one who is liberated by means of both the wisdom and method paths. B. In regard to their status:\n1. {nyan thos dgra bcom pa/} [ṡravaka arhat]/ the hearer Arhat\n2. {rang rgyal dgra bcom pa/} [pratyekbuddha arhat]/ the solitary-realizer Arhat.
