Abandonments of harms to others along with the basis. The\nnature of individual liberation vows; 'others', here refers to\nthe seven non-virtuous activities of body and speech that\ninflicts direct harm on others, and 'bases', here refers to the\ncauses of those non-virtues—the three non-virtues of mind. When a person holding individual liberation vows eliminates these with his or her mind conjoined with a sense of\nrenunciation, it becomes a fully characterized individual\nliberation vow (pratimoksa).
