Synonyms : ba lang 'dra, ga tha ya, rtol ('Jam-dpal)

skom ni / ba lang 'dra / ga tha ya / rtol zer ba glang thug dang mdzo 'bri 'brel nas skyes / lus chung spu ngan pa rwa brdzi zhing me'i gcin sogs gang yang za ba'o // de'i sha rgyud du bshad do // (mDzes mtshar mig rgyan, print p 243)

According to 'Jam-dpal a hybrid between ox and dzomo or 'bri, and synonymous with rtol.
Czaya (2019) describes rtol as hybrid between yak and dzomo.
Successful crossbreeds with cows are mdzo and ba men.
