(sman) Talc (dGa ba'i rdo rje 1998)

In the Mahāvyutpatti, thod le kor translates khaṭikā (5997), probably chalk. And thod le kor gyi phye ma translates pralepaka (5998), shell-lime or plaster.
Das (1905) gives thod mo khor = thod le dkar: a species of conch shell which when burnt makes fine lime. thod mo khor gyi phye ma: lime wash for walls of buildings.
thod le kor, thod le skod: said to mean alabaster. thod le dkar: chalk, thod le dkar gyi phye ma: lime wash oder powder.
It doesn't appear as medicinal substance in the Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (6th c.), and it's translation by Pandita Jārandhara and Lotsaba Rin chen bzang po (11th c.), but appears in the rGyud bzhi. In the Shel gong shel phreng and for the modern tibetan authors it is a synonym for ha shig, talc.
