"This herb grows either attached to the rocks during Summer or in cluster like the contracted bird's claw during Autumn and Winter, and has leaves resembling frog's hand. It is also known as sngo chu srin sder mo and is best used as klu sman (medicine used against disease inflicted by Nagas). The leaves of me tog sga tsha ser po is known as sbal pa lag pa" (Dawa 2009).
