Another important seat of [[Jamgön Kongtrul Lodrö Thaye]] in eastern Tibet. This place is sacred to Guru Rinpoche, Yeshe Tsogyal and Lotsawa Vairocana. Their practice caves can be found there. Many self-arisen designs and shapes can be found all the around the mountains and rocks. It is here where Kongtrul arranged most of his collection of Terma teachings, the famous [[Rinchen Terdzo]]. The three-year retreat center there focuses upon the practices and teachings of the [[Shangpa Kagyu]] tradition.
