Lo Jong (blo sbyong) is Tibetan for Training the Mind. It is sometimes translated as Developing a Good Heart", or Mental Training.

Developing the mind implies a radical system of changing the behavior of one's daily life. The other concept behind Lo Jong is to develop a mind that will aspire Mahayana full enlightenment for the sake of all sentient beings.
