According to the Abhidharma cosmology, the four continents surrounding Mount Sumeru are:
- Superior Body.
- Jambu Continent.
- Cow Utilizing.
- Unpleasant Sound. EPK
The inner representations were of body, such as Mahabodhi; representations of speech, such as chiefly the Indian copies of the sutras and tantras; representations of mind, such as the four kinds of stupas, and so forth. JOKYAB
