-::Not certain of what your question is.  Are you asking if [[Drakpa Senge]] was [[3rd Karmapa]], rather than 1st Shamarpa?  If that is the case, then no.  [[3rd Karmapa]] [[Rangjung Dorje]] and 1st [[Shamar Rinpoche]] were contemporaries, with [[Shamar Rinpoche]] being considered as the principle student of [[Karmapa]].[[KT|[KT]]] 04:01, 15 October 2007 (EDT)
