I'm not sure the wylie you've typed is correct. If you're looking for how to transliterate it into French, the English was has both Benza, Bendzra, Vajra as acceptable - with some teachers having distinct preference. What about benzar, or benza in the vajrasattva mantra? I have seen badz ra gu ru for the vajraguru mantra. This looks like a transliteration, no?
