1) the nature of genuine reality, the nature of authentic reality, the nature of true reality, the nature of reality; 2) the actual state of genuine reality/authentic reality/true reality/reality; 3) the genuine nature of reality/true reality; 3) authenticity, genuineness, truth, authentic nature, genuine nature, true nature. The most literal or straightforward rendering is probably the first, "the nature of genuine/true reality", which is also usually close to its practical usage.
