parisaṃsthāpayati¦, and (perhaps only m.c.) °stha- peti (cf. next; caus. of pari-saṃ-sthā-, not recorded Skt. or Pali; cf. Pkt. parisaṃṭhaviṃta, °ṭhaviya), establishes, fixes, makes firm, arranges in fixed order: °sthāpayati SP 246.5, 7 (buddhakṣetra); SP 247.5 (lokadhātu); °sthā- payāmi Gv 66.21 (parivartān, chapters or sections of a literary work); °sthapemi SP 308.12 (vs, perhaps m.c.; yuṣmān, followers of Buddha); °sthāpayiṣyati Gv 112.22 (puṇya-cakravāḍaṃ loke); °sthāpitāḥ SP 309.7 (bodhi- sattvas); °sthāpayitavyaṃ Śikṣ 56.2 (parṣanmaṇḍalaṃ).
