vipūyaka¦, nt. (= Pali vipubbaka), a corpse destroyed by putrefaction; -saṃjñā, contemplation of the notion of such a corpse, one of the aśubha-bhāvanā (q.v.) or -saṃjñā: Mvy 1157 (so Mironov without v.l., and var. of Kyoto ed., which first reads vidhūtika; this might intend vipūtika, q.v., the ŚsP version of vipūyaka); Bhīk 27a.2; Śikṣ 211.1 (cited from ŚsP): Gv 157.15.
