[trayastriṃṡa devāh]/ The Heaven of Thirty-Three. Celestial abode of gods of the desire realm believed to be located on top of Mt. Meru, which is inhabited by the so called 'eight wealth-gods' ({nor lha brgyad}) the 'eleven wrathful' ({drag po bcu gcig}), the 'twelve suns' ({nyi ma bcu gnyis}), the 'two sons of thal-kar' ({thal skar gyi bu gnyis}) and Indra ({lha bdang brgya byin}).
