The three degenerations of monks' and nuns' precepts, i.e. from:\n1. {khyim pa'i rtags spong ba las nyams pa/} giving up the householder's way of life\n2. {rab byung gi rtags 'chang ba las nyams pa/} accepting the tradition of a monk or nun\n3. {man por gsol ba btab pa las nyams pa/} having requested the abbot for ordination.
