The third incarnation of Drupwang Padma Rigdzin, the first Dzogchen Rinpoche and founder of Dzogchen Monastery. This master was especially renowned for his mastery of the Khandro Nyingthig. He composed a well-known commentary on these teachings entitled The Excellent Chariot, (shing rta bzang po).
