Even-numbered Signs/ Trigrams ([[rva ru]])

*The even-numberered signs, or "goat-horns" ([[rva ru]]), corresponding to the natal years are generally held to comprise those of the tiger, hare, bird, monkey, horse and snake; along with the trigrams Dva, Zin and Zon. See Part IV, pp. 000-000, where various traditions are compared. By contrast, when the natal months are calculated, the dragon, sheep, dog and ox, which represent the last-seasonal months, are also designated as even-numbered signs.
