All hell beings (dmyal ba rnams) or (dmyal ba pa); devas, and beings in the bardo; some dragons ('brug), garudas (khyung), and hungry ghosts (yi dvags); and human beings (rkang gnyis pa), (skye rgyal) or (skye bo), etc. - at the very beginning of a kalpa are born in this manner.
