Short bio of teacher

Born in 1907 and recognized as a reincarnation of Dza Patrul Rinpoche, Botrul Dongak Tempei Nyima spent thirty-seven years studying under his main teacher Khenpo Kunpal and at Dzogchen. Khenpo Kunpal being one of Ju Mipham Rinpoche's main lineage holders, pasted this lineage onto Botrul Rinpoche, thus becoming the spiritual heir of Mipham Rinpoche system within his generation. Soon Botrul Rinpoche became a highly regarded teacher and taught at the monastic collages or shedras of Shechen, Gekong, Kathog. Drigung and Dzogchen Shri Singha, as well as establishing one shedra at Shechen. [BL]
