Drukpa Kunleg ('brug pa kun legs) [1455-1529] aka The Madman of Bhutan, Kunga Legpa ('brug smyon kun dga' legs pa).
Drukpa Kunleg is renowned as the Divine Madman of Bhutan.
Drukpa Kuneg belonged to the branch of the noble Gya (rgya) clan descended from the second eldest brother of Tsangpa Gyare Yeshe Dorje. Son of nang so rin chen bzang po and nephew of Gyalwang Kunga Paljor. Father of Ngawang Tenzin and Zhingchong Drukdra.
