Dharma protectors are deities which are clearly classified as such (chos skyong srung ma). E.g. Mahakala, Palden Lhamo, Ekajati, Damchen Dorje Legpa etc. Again for those who don't seem to know the difference: Vajrapani, Vajrayogini etc. are YIDAM deities. Their function is an entirely different one from those of Dharma Protectors!!! Ergo: they DO NOT belong in this category!!! Start a new category YIDAM deities!!!
